Ditch Witch of Davenport

The dealership includes a showroom, parts and supplies, repair shop and indoor/outdoor storage. The building is based on a pre-engineered metal building with a combination of 2 story and high-bay spaces.

Interior and exterior finishes are carefully selected and arranged to make the facility immediately identifiable with the Ditch Witch brand. From logos throughout the building to the distinctive orange and black banding, the new facility serves as a beacon in a highly visible location at a major highway intersection. The branding cues follow from other facilities while accommodating the unique requirements of this location.

The project was completed as a design build with build partner Woodruff Construction and design partner Axiom Consultants.
