Splash and Dash Car Wash - Muscatine

The building houses a state of the art automatic conveyor car wash system with equipment room, storage and employee support spaces. The system is largely automated with a pay kiosks controlling the multiple options for the wash. The building is sited to provide maximum visibility from adjacent Park Avenue with glazing designed to maximize views of vehicles transiting the wash cycle. This project was completed in 2019.
