Muscatine County Facilities Master Plan
Study including a full survey and accounting of all county facilities and properties and recommendations for future projects, maintenance and improvements.
The process included a visual inspection and survey of all county buildings to determine condition and function. County employees and agencies were interviewed as part of the process to gather input into day to day operations and facility needs.
A fully prioritized maintenance, construction and budget timeline is the key deliverable of the plan. The five year plan is currently under implementation with the goal of consolidating and optimizing the county’s facilities and operations to improve efficiency and provide long term financial sustainability.
