Intended to provide reasonably sized family and “step down” homes, most lots are 1/8th acre or smaller. The development includes lots preplatted for attached single family homes (duplex and triplex) with easy access to the park and the new trail system.
Horizon Architecture provided development consultation and assistance including initial concept layout, land acquisition, site plan development and approval, tax increment financing (TIF) negotiation and agreement, financial instrument preparation and finance acquisition and negotiation with the city for direct project support. The land development is slated for completion in late spring 2020.
